Sometimes there is a tendency to label people and not see beyond the first impression. The termination is not a personal attack, but just a way to keep the well oiled machine that is your business running smooth. To discipline a jobholder appropriately, you must follow a method that gives worker chances to fix their behavior. This is all the substantiation you must terminate right away.
